Super study and doesn't bend at all
Perfect for adana and koobideh. Does bend and most likely will never break. These are sturdy and serious flat skewers made of good quality steel. About twice as thick as your average kitchen knife, they do not bend when loaded up with meat. As I mostly use them in the oven it's a big plus that they are short enough to go into the oven widthwise balanced on top of a baking sheet with just a little diagonal slant.

Nicely fit under a standard grill
Bought as a present, friend really likes these, they make good kebabs and they are small enough to put under a standard grill

Excalibur skewers.
These skewers are huge, sturdy and made out of good quality metal. You could quite easily skewer a whole cow on one of these bad boys.

Great product
Love this product. Cook my weekly koobideh supply on them. It’s perfect for use in oven. But too small for the outside grill. You can still use them but would need gloves.
