What is the interior capacity in liters, before and after expansion?

I can't give you figures/numbers. But I just took it on a trip and it held a WHOLE LOT more than I expected. I just kept fitting more and more in it. And I checked it, so it went through all that pounding. Came out looking just like new.

How do you set the combo lock

I needed a small bag that I could put a lot of stuff on and do carry on. I did not want to check my bag and it is perfect. I would highly recommend to anyone who travels and wishes to do a carry on as oppose to checking a bag. Excellent buy.
