I love this brand and all of their products, easy to use and so cute

Very pretty in mint green and practical to take to work so I can be sure I drink filtered water all day. Pushing the filter and straw into cap must be done pretty forcefully to get a good seal. The straw does make an extended squeaking sound once u get closer to the end of the water bottle as it releases pressure, a little annoying but not a dealbreaker.

I love my Simply Modern tumbler, so I bought this bottle for vacation. Unfortunately, I didn’t test it out before my return period expired. Once I did, I found it leaked. I contacted Simply Modern to ask for help. They were phenomenal! Quick responses to my emails and I am one very satisfied customer! Would highly recommend this product and this company!

So I test out the water bottle after getting it today, there's no set of instructions on how to put together and I did experience that the water is hard to get out. I would get about halfway of the bottle and I wouldn't receive anymore.. so I actually took a look online and found a note from the company about this.. they recommended soaking the filter in water first and the trying out again. So I did that soaked it for about 10 mins in water just to be sure and... Viola working like a charm, I get much more water intake now and doesn't stop at the half point anymore! This is a perfect water bottle for work!I only give it 4 stars cause they need to include a set of instructions!

I’ve always been a fan of SM water bottles and tumblers however this is my least favorite. It does keep the water very cold over the course of the day, especially if there is ice in it. But it is very hard to pull water through the straw when using the filter. I thought I had tightened it too much but apparently this is by design based on other reviews. As a result I am not getting my normal intake because I just don’t gravitate to it being so difficult to drink from. This is my first filtered water bottle so I don’t have anything to compare to but as a heavy water drinker, it shouldn’t be this difficult to get water through a straw. I will be on the hunt for another filter water bottle that’s more functional.

Filter just broke in less than 2 months. At first I thought I got the wrong replacement but it didn’t work at all so it was just a waste of money. Don’t buy it.

Ok .. it’s so obvious there is a design error in the filtering straw .. I love the filter, I love the cup but you cannot drink all the liquid in the cup if you tried and it’s very hard to get the liquid thru the filter straw (which is the entire reason I bought this cup) revamp the straw and send is all one out. Otherwise the cup is just a cup like millions of others. And overpriced at that with no filter capabilities.

I use this only for water. In the morning I put a bit of ice and fill it with water and it keeps the water cold the whole day. It is water tight so ni leaks. I haven't used the filter yet.
