I Can Definitely Feel a Difference
I have been taking Berberine supplements for about 6 months now at the recommendation of a holistic doctor. I've been using the Sports Research brand consistently for about 2.5 months and it is by far one of the better brands I've tried. It took a couple weeks to start feeling/seeing results, but now I can definitely tell if I miss a day. I will be sticking with this supplement for a long time!The Good:-Pills are easy-to-swallow capsules-My insulin resistance bloodwork has drastically improved (from a 19, down to a 14)-The "food noise" seems to disappear and I don't have as many cravings-I have lost 18.4 pounds in 2 monthsThe Bad:-The pills definitely have a smell to them, but that is typical of any berberine supplement I've taken-There is a weird aftertaste, but this can be combated by drinking more water when taking themAs with any supplement, definitely check with a doctor/medical professional first, but if Berberine is recommended this Sports Research supplement is the one to take!

Blood sugar control
This is the best blood 🩸 sugar medicinal herbal supplement I’ve ever taken!!!! Not full of chemicals, and absolutely does the job. It actually helps me to feel better especially after I indulge in sweets, although I am trying my best not to..🤔🥰 When I eat pizza 🍕, pasta 🍝, cookies 🍪, candy, 🍭 cake 🍰, and etc., so helpful. The next day I am able to control my urges for sweets, which I never thought 💭 was possible!!!I will continue to use this brand because it seems like they care more about their customers and what they put into them bodies…..🥰
