Super Sticky to patch up cracks and splits
I wanted something to patch my blow up Kayak, the next time it gets a hole. This tape is thick and super durable and super sticky. My first repair was to an outdoor plastic storage box. It had developed a few cracks in the top from weather and abuse. The tape went on nicely, conformed to the curves of the top and it completely sealed the cracks. I know this because there is a slight dip in the top and rain water collects there and the tape does not let it seep through. I see no issues with edges creeping up and the container sits for hours in the sun each day.As for the Kayak, I have not actually done a repair yet as I don't have a current hole, but I know it will work great. I precut some smaller patches from the tape roll so that I can have them ready when deploying my Kayak. Great product. Premium quality.

It works and it's strong! Heavy duty, but not big and bulky
Happy to have this heavy duty tape ! It makes repairs look neat and clean. Strong and waterproof, but not big bulky and messy looking! My car headlight cover cracked due to a minor crash. This tape did the trick! Provides a strong, protective, water-proof covering that stays in place. The adhesive is strong, but the sticky stuff can get a little messy when on a warm surface, like on the surface of a car, near the engine. A good, strong, clear, protective tape, indeed!!

Very good sticky rubber tape.
This stuff worked good I put on probably 8 to 10 coats over a rubber boot that was cracked on my tractor that was leaking oil. I did clean all the rubber boot up with carburetor cleaner and a rag. I also used this rubber tape that I cut into 1/4" and 1/2" strips and then used a complete wrap around the boot and covered that with this liquid rubber.

Sticky Stuff
I bought this to stabilize a crack in my car's plastic bumper after getting tired of reapplying duct tape on the regular. I'm super impressed, especially since it was dark and about 20 F when I applied it.To improve my chances of adhesion, I removed all of the previous tape and half heartedly cleaned the area with alcohol before slapping on a couple pieces. Since it was super cold out I did very carefully warm the area up with a heat gun in hopes of better activating the adheisive, but as much as it was sticking to my gloves I'm not sure it was necessary. The next day, we left on a 1000+ mile road trip and since then we've had three months of driving around town and another road trip and it's still holding fast. I'm not sure this is what this tape was intended for but it will definitely have a home in my toolkit.

Didn't work in my application, probably my own fault.
I tried using this product on a granular cap roll roofing. I tried to scrape/sand the roofing before I put it down. It just did not adhere to this surface but I was probably asking for something it was not designed to do. After accidentally touching the sticky side of the tape I can testify is is really sticky!

This is good stuff for an eavestrough leak!
This is good stuff! We moved into a new house in August and after a good ice and snow melt last week I noticed the eavestrough by our garage door had a few leaks in seam areas that dripped water that then freezed on the area we walk. I got this tape and put it up and it has solved the problems! It feels sturdy. The adhesive is nice and it is malleable enough to mash it into hard to reach areas in the eavestrough. Standing on a ladder is not somewhere I want to be daintily putting some weak tape down. This tape went where I wanted it to go and stayed there. I look forward to finding other leaks to use the rest of the roll and the FREE roll they are sending me! Just read the label on the tape before you discard it. Good stuff, I highly recommend it for a quick repair of a Buffalo area eavestrough in the middle of winter!!

Very Sticky! Not 100% clear - slight tan color
This tape holds very well. I used it to patch holes and cracks in my vinyl siding several months ago. It is still holding well. The product has a slight tan tint to it - you can see it in the product picture. It is ultra sticky. I made the mistake of removing the protecting backing before trying to cut it. to size. It sticks to fingers, scissors or any cutting device. I found it very hard to work with. BUT... my mistake! I later read in a review that you should cut it to size before removing the protective backing. Duh! Why didn't I think of that? It is probably obvious to most people, but I didn't think to do it. It's too late for me to try that but I bet that it makes it much easier to work with. One thing that could be improved: the packaging has a outer very thin, clear plastic covering that you have to remove to get to the tape. That covering is very hard to remove. It is so tightly stretched that it wants to stick to the edges of the sticky part of the tape. Not a deal breaker, but an annoyance.I will buy this product again in the future now that I know how to cut it without it sticking to all the things I don't want it to stick to.
