It's not easy to find a gluten-free convenience food that is high in protein and quality nutrition. I was not expecting so much flavor in a small package. It does not have an over powering fishy taste. You can eat it cold, but I like mine warmed in the microwave. I plan to buy this on the regular.

I like it. Eat hot or cold. It is a little dry, which I attribute to the brown rice. Definitely has some spice. Doesnt have a strong tuna taste, but I can tell there is tuna. No tuna aroma that I can tell. Works nice over salad or added to a wrap. Fine for consumption direct from container.Addition of spork is nice. However, the hinge on the spork sometimes folds as I am digging in flinging food at me. Maybe stab the food a bit with other end before using the spork end to loosen it all up. Or use a real utensil.I PREFER Wild Planet for a juicy texture and ultra fresh taste, but I think Bumble Bee has done a good job with theirs. The use of brown rice really gives it a filling feel. I like options for quick meals, and I especially like keeping things on hand for emergencies or other situations where/when it might be hard to pull a meal together. I would absolutely consider this again.

Oh my Goodness, this is off the chianzzzzzzz…..so dam nice. The taste is super. The perfect size. Worth every bit of my money, and very convenient. I love the fact it can be eaten cold or warm. You can just add a side salad If you want to go fancy. Please, please, please, go for it. Sorry, I was devouring it while writing. No pics. But in my next order.

Good but not great. Very little tuna which is okay, but very dry. Needs a sauce or something to make it less dry. Wish I had some salsa or sour cream in the house to top it. Good flavor with a little heat but not too much and I'm a spice wimp.

I like the taste of this product. I enjoy this product with no heating. I like the chickpeas.

Be weary of use by dates! Amazon shortcomings is usually this very issue. And for the mark up you’d expect a long shelf life. Not always the case.Now on to an issue with maker. Stuffed with chick peas which is not necessarily a bad thing. HOWEVER, you’re paying a premium for ready to eat tuna but the bowl is full of fillers like chick peas which means LESS actual tuna. NIT WORTH the premium price (Amazon mark up)!A FINAL THOUGHT! (Perhaps WARNING!). As mentioned above and by others. You may get products freshly stocked (longer shelf life). But you may also get some that’s been sitting in a warehouse (and about to hit a Best Buy date aka short shelf life). Since this is a FOOD product, AMAZON does NOT accept returns. You are NOW FOREWARNED.

I love these instant meals. The carb count is low enough and the flavor is good. Always in my pantry.Fills me up.
