Really good taste and the bag will last ages even though it appears quite small when it arrives!!! Easy enough to use. The only bit I don’t like too much is that it doesn’t dissolve very well, even after a lot of stirring/shaking. I counteract this by drinking it down in one, in fresh orange straight after stirring and then there is no residue. I would suggest though that you drink it with or after food as it may give you a bit of tummy ache afterwards!! Hopefully the ginger and added turmeric will do the job with regard to my health and joint issues, tastes quite strong so definitely start off with about a quarter teaspoon and the adjust to taste. Can be used in hot and cold drinks, i prefer cold with a lot of stirring!!!!

tastes great with apple juice so the benefit on the days I use it. I mix mine with a milk frother as blends well and easy to wash off after.

Love this powder! What I do in the morning is use a small 100ml glass, pour in a quarter of the glass of orange juice, measure 2/3 tsp of the powder and mix into OJ, you can then press any of the powder that hasn’t dissolved up against the glass with the back of the teaspoon, mix thoroughly, pop glass into microwave for a few seconds to warm up nicely and then add a tsp of honey (I use manuka honey, expensive but wonderful) give it a good stir, when all dissolved put another splash of orange juice and then down it. That lovely warming of the chest lasts ages and then you get that energy boost, marvellous! 🤩😊

Fairly weak mixture compared to actual ginger shots... So rather than discard I added ceylon cinnamon powder along with extra cayenne, turmeric and crushed black pepper... It now tastes sufficiently strong

I purchased this to help with inflammation as I have frozen shoulder and I'm trying an anti inflammatory diet.. Absolutely no idea if it is helping but it's refreshing and I like the taste. A little goes a long way so it will last for quite a while so good value

Mix this with a shot of orange juice and it tastes just like the expensive immunity shots you can get. Just make sure you mix it well. Same ingredients as them but a lot cheaper and lasts longer. Love it with OJ (tried it with water however and did not like it this way all) but would highly recommend with the orange juice. Would buy again!

Very strong stuff, certainly good value for money as a bag will last you for a long time, the only thing is that mixing it fully into a drink is somewhat difficult and sometimes there is always some remenance of ginger in it and sometimes even the root will be floating around. I usually use it early on the day and put it in my coffee to get an extra energy kick, but you don’t really feel the benefits with 1/3 of a tea spoon, I find that I need to have at least 2/3 thirds of a teaspoon to really feel the energy kick which I usually have to split in 2 coffees otherwise the taste is horrific. I am quite sensitive with spice but although useful this product is hard to recommend for those reasons. Useful product but impractical in actual practice.
