These are great for a boost of energy, I like to use them before the gym to really increasse the benefits they may bring. They are an easy to swallow capsule supliment and contain ingredients linked to increased metabolism.Make sure you only take the recomended dose as they do contain caffeine.

The ingredients of these fat burner tablets are promoted as helping to increase metabolism and hence increase the burning of calories for energy. They do not burn calories at the same rate as if you were taking a brisk walk though. The increased metabolism, a purported effect of the fat burner tablets, should help to burn a few more calories when you are sedentary, perhaps working at a computer, and provide you with more energy throughout the day to be more active.The capsules are about as large as I can swallow and I am taking a star away because of this. Take two in the morning and that is your lot. This is more convenient than other options where you have to take tablets three times a day.There is no aftertaste and I have had no adverse effects from these tablets.

Really good have been taking these regularly, along with trying to watch my calorie intake and doing more exercise and these are definitely helping me lose a few extra pounds. The capsules aren't too big and not too small for swallowing, but they usually always go down smoothly enough with my morning coffee. They have a fairly neutral taste, they don't really taste of anything much really, which is good to be honest. Nothing worse than tablets that taste horrible, or too sweet etc.. And at £15 for this big bottle they are at a very reasonable price. They definitely not a placebo, but as is the case with all of these health products, these are most effective when taken along side a good gym/exercise routine; And probably most importantly, you have to be eating a "well balanced diet" along with taking these to see good results over time. But they definitely work, so what's not to like here? 5 stars..

I'm dieting at the moment, and figured what have I got to lose trying these, at the very least with much caffeine I can save some money compared to my usual caffeine hits.Well when I first taking these, I was stuck at a bit of a plateau, and my weight wasn't really moving. Then it started shifting, great! Except maybe I was getting a little too excited a little too early, or maybe my body just adapted and the effects of these pills reduced as a result, because here I am stuck once again on another plateau. I'd love to say both plateaus were a decent distance apart but they aren't, only a few lb's.So what's it like taking these? Well, they're pretty chunky, and they have that dissolvable clear capsule material that threatens melt slightly as you swallow getting them stuck in your mouth or throat without a good glug of water to get them moving, so not the best if you're not good with swallowing pills, and don't have water on hand. That said they aren't the largest pills I've seen, and at least they're fairly tasteless.Then once you've swallowed, and washed them down, you get that kind of warm feeling you normally get with anything containing ginger... or at least I get, maybe I'm just weird and I'm the only who gets that, and then well after that it's pretty much an energy drink in capsule form.A typical can 500ml of Monster Ultra will have about 150mg in it, two of these capsules will have 132mg in, which isn't a huge difference, and may well be offset by the fact that with these pills your getting that 132mg all in one go, rather than over the course of time it takes you to drink the can (unless you chug it of course). You also don't have to factor in all that liquid, which at some point your body is going to want to dispose of, making these a potentially more convenient way of getting some caffeine without needing the loo quite so soon.Cost wise these work out way better than your typical can of monster, if all you care about is what's in it, and not interested in the drink and flavour side of things. They don't work out quite so well compared to good 'ol Pro Plus, though although that's just straight caffeine with no other additives and the recommended two tablets there only comes in at 100mg which is significantly lower.Why am I mostly focusing on the caffeine here? Because for me it's the only measurable and noticeable metric not to mention the main active ingredient. Working a graveyard shift pattern for over a decade has put me very much in touch with what stimulants I take to get through a nightshift, and smooth off the transitions going from one shift pattern to the next, so it's the main thing I notice and care about.Otherwise the other noticeable thing about these is I didn't die taking them, which I guess makes them safe?

Following foot surgery that forced me to reduce my exercise regime, I started to put on weight. I wanted to try these to help me to counter act this.I like that you just have to take these once a day either on waking or before exercise. This fits in well with my morning exercise and helps to give me that morning wake up boost.Standard capsule size and easy enough to swallow.

Usually "Fat burn" diet tablets include mostly caffeine at not much else but these host quite an impressive combination of powerful ingredients including Ginseng, Ginger, Green tea and chromium. I take green tea supplements which help me to regulate my weight so these are definitely worth it!

So this product works. That's all iam saying. I've been using this for a while .. and I've seen weight loss come of obviously with a good diet ..Definitely recommend
