Seems very helpful. But I would like to suggest that it could if possible be in a little lower dose that I could take it in a bit lower dosage mg so that I can take it three times a day if at all possible. Thank you

No proof
There is NO PROOF of 3rd party testing or ANY OF THE CLAIMS ON THE BOTTLE. Be careful. As a professional athlete, I cannot take it because there is so much grey area. I'm not sure what’s in it but it seems like there are no claims on the bottle that are backed up anywhere online. Sus. Especially when a ton of Amazon supplements have been proven to not be effective / mislabeled and such.

Have learned the hard way GABA, In stronger doses, causes stomach distress.
I can only take GABA in 200mg or less a day or I end up with GABA gut! (It’s a real condition) 500 mg causes me horrible gas pains for hours. Stronger than that , you can imagine. This is too strong for me but may be right for the next person.

My sleep is interrupted if I do not take this. I tend to sleep all night without getting up if I take this. It relaxes me. Good price on this as well.
