Excellent quality and true to size
Can't wait to order another one! Very good packaging and quality of product. Arrived a couple of days earlier than expected, which was a bonus! Very good value for the price I paid.

Perfect customer service
Although nice and solid, my frame came in broken (I'm 100% sure this is Hermes' fault) and as I was about to return the frame to the seller (a hassle), Pictureframe123 contacted me offering a replacement without returning the broken one. That's what customer service is all about.Many thanksMatt

Look better than what your pay
For the size of these frames, they are very affordable, but once hung up, they look much better quality than what I paid for. Delivery was quick, but the box arrived damaged. Fortunately, the frames were intact, so no harm done. Overall, I'm really pleased with the purchase and would recommend them for anyone looking for budget-friendly yet stylish frames.

Nothing fancy, that only takes the eye to the frame - simply good quality
We used it to frame and mount a 1,000 piece jigsaw puzzle, which fitted it perfectly, and turned it into a very nice wall hanging.

Cracked!
When did they stop doing frames with glass??? Total crap!! Flimsy and over priced. Don’t waste your money ours arrived cracked. Very fiddly to use too.
