Not suitable for a newborn
This is a fantastic rotating car seat but definitely not suitable for a newborn as doesn't recline enough. Newborn head resting on chest, once baby is about 3 - 4 months and has good head stability it should be fine.

Why did you choose this product over others?:⛔️ AVOID THIS PRODUCT IF YOU HAVE A NEW BORN ⛔️There is no way you can use this car seat for a newborn baby , not safe at all , and your baby will be on her bum instead of lying down .Don't even try it if your baby can't seat.Just wasted my time

Baby part too small
Doesn't tilt back for enough my baby is 5 months old and she looks huge for the baby part of the seat and she's sat way to forwards and its tilted all the way. Taking the baby pads out she's too small so not sure what to do here
