Love this so much that I bought 3 of them and was not disappointed at all. The pillow is of great quality, easy to clean , soft, comfortable, durable. Great value for the money, which is why I bought 3 of them. Allows you to get a good rest on a plane without hurting your neck. The support is very good and the size is not overwhelming. It is easy to roll up and put back in the bag for safe keeping. It also wipes off very easily and very well. Overall, huge hit in our household and great to take on a trip whether it is on a plane or in a car!

I got this for my dad as part of his gift box for Father's Day this year. He sent me a picture of him wearing it and really likes it a lot. His old one would not stay on if he wanted to get up and get himself a drink or go to the bathroom, this one stays on while he walks around the house. Great quality, comfortable firmness, sturdy, thick, and he also sleeps great with it when he dozes off in his recliner. Perfect size

The price is good, but the design leaves much to be desired. This isn't a critique of this specific neck supporter, but any one with an open front is not going to give you the support you need on a flight. Ideally, the neck support should wrap around the front of your neck so that your chin doesn't end up in your chest. After a while it hurts your neck as the back padding kind of forces you into this position since it's pushed up against the back of the seat.For this specific support, the fabric is soft and the whole thing stows aways into the bag well. It just isn't super comfortable for me.

Love these! Purchased for a red eye flight to Hawaii. We slept as good as possible on a flight. No neck aches. Soft and they don’t smell. Firm enough but not too thick or stiff. They fold to fit in the bag provided.
