I deliberately didn’t use my puffer to clear the moisture before using this device. The results were amazing, completely dry after 1 cycle.Operation couldn’t be easier, pop the aids in and touch the button.One great advantage I can see is that it’s powered by USB, so great for travel and work because it can be easily plugged into laptop or power bank.I like the thought that it’s sterilising as well as drying.No more drying tablets and pots, definitely the best accessory I have found for my Hearing Aids.10/10 for sure.

Saw one of these at my audiologist and he recommended hearing aids should be regularly dehumidified and disinfected. Seems to work very well - store them in the unit overnight and put it on the short cycle (30 mins) at night and sometimes in the morning. They come out nice and clean and work perfectly. If the professionals say they are beneficial, then who are we to argue.

I was not made aware of damp invading hearing aids until one ceased to function correctly. This product has rejuvenated both hearing aids, giving a clear crisp sound I,ve not heard since new. Delighted with product and speedy service.

Was great at first, no problems at all, efficient drying - however after barely 6 months of usage, and keeping the box hidden/safe in a draw, it's already broken??? Makes me wonder if the product was built using cheap materials or... ?The box now makes a very loud humming/buzzing noise when turned on, and doesn't even seem to dry my hearing aids anymore.

A very good product, I use it once of twice a week to dry and sanitise my hearing aids (I have to use two), it does a great job and has never let me down.

When powered up and the lid closed, the blue lights flashed for around 30 seconds and then disappeared. The instructions showed that the left blue light flashes when drying and the right blue light flashes when sterilising, total cycle time ca. 90 minutes. The blue lights never flashed so I assumed that nothing was happening.
