Solid, simple, easy to use, beautiful, well made... and it WORKS!!! Best flame annealer out there for the money - and I have owned a few over the years in search of the best; Here it is. Stefan, the manufacturer gives great customer support and is very friendly and promptly replies to emails. Honestly I couldn't be happier. It’s small but I’m very happy with the size because it doesn’t take up so much space. Annealing is super simple once you get it set up. I highly recommend this unit for its solid design and the ease of use.

These annealer, is small and mighty. It's a little tricky to get a torch, that works with it's holder settings. They, should have include the torch with the unit. I would like some instructions with it, and another torch holder. For a propane annealer, it works beautifully, for my application.Here's the downside, the wall unit cable it's to darn short, am not a fan of bulky power supplies at all. That needs lost of improvement. There are better power supply options. I got a square baking pan to catch the brass. Some folks don't like the motor noise.

Little bit of a learning curve to get the speed set just right, but once you do it does a great job. Recommend you start with cheap brass and get it close before you run your more expensive stuff.

Shipping was quick and item was well packed. Have used the annealer one time so far and it is very easy to use.

Easy to adjust speed easy to set up machine . Didn’t take long to start annealing brass. Seems to be a quality little machine if I was building it I would probably make the wheel that holds the brass a larger diameter but it works like it is.
