BRILLIANT!
This is amazing stuff. I painted the whole of the lower half of my house with it (the upper half is tiled). I applied this in October 2024 and it was easy to apply with a masonry brush. At the time I thought it was expensive stuff but a few months down the line I can really appreciate the benefits. When I'm outside and I'm watering plants or it's raining, I can see the water just beading off the brickwork. It has provided a thorough water resistant barrier. During the winter in my kitchen, the walls despite having cavity insulation, are usually very cold and condensation would appear on the actual walls when I am cooking. This year the walls remained completely dry because of this product, I'm absolutely certain of this. The house did feel warmer too. I'm delighted with this product and would recommend it to anyone.

Stormdry
A fantastic product that works. Dry walls no damp in between secondary glazing window panes and much warmer now the walls have dried out.

Very good product and also very durable
Again my parents wanted to colour and protect their wall in the garden, but because of their ages they wanted something that was easy to apply and durable. So I recommended this product due to the amount of paint you get and also the durability of it, My parents haven't got a huge garden but they did have a wall that ran half the length of the garden which this section was around 18-20 meters and the wall was breeze blocks. Now when they used the paint they did say that it wasn't too thick or too thin and because of this didn't cause a lot of mess. The paint did go on easy and dried in a good amount of time and even though the wall originally wasn't painted they only needed to do 1 coat and it did cover the whole wall without a problem once dried it didn't look patchy at all and did leave a good finish. So this is a great product to use and at a great price

Appears to work
Easy to apply, clear coat so it matches the rest of the brick work. Unsure if its working or not, but water appears to bead off. I was getting moss growth on bricks that dont get much sunlight, time will tell if it works.

Very easy to use and it works perfectly! Excellent support from Safeguard, really helpful company.
I have a house with an external free-standing stairs constructed in concrete with steel reinforcement. On each side of the stairs is a white moulded balustrade made from reinforced cement coated with plaster. Over the years, damp has got into the moulding and the joints in the handrail and base, damaging the structure of the stairs.I contacted Safeguard to see if their Stormdry Masonry Cream would be a suitable product to seal the balustrade. Safeguard were extremely helpful, sent me samples and followed up by email. First I tested a sample on the balustrade to ensure it didn’t change the colour. It did not change the colour – it is as white as ever!So I ordered a 3 litre tub of Stormdry. The instructions on the tub were very clear, and advised that any cracks over 0.3mm must be filled prior to application. I filled the cracks with waterproof mastic then cleaned the entire balustrade with a soft copper-wire brush. Finally I painted on the Stormdry Masonry Cream. The painting was easy with no mess – but the instructions advised to avoid getting it onto paintwork or glass. It didn’t change the colour, it’s still beautifully white, even after a month. The balustrade looks better than new, and now it’s sealed. About a month later we had a really heavy downpour. The water just formed droplets on the balustrade, so obviously did not penetrate it. The lower walls to the stairs looks perfect. The underside of the stairs - the real problem - looks perfect too. I am now using this Protection Cream on the rest of my balustrades where I know I have damp penetrationSafeguard technical support gave me very good support and reassurance. Great company and excellent product.
