The seller has sent me a damaged item. And is refusing to send a shipping label so that I can return it and is also refusing to give me a refund . I do not recommend shopping with this seller ever. I have reached out to Amazon numerous times. The seller has not respond to them nor me. Poor customer service and the item is no good… zero out of zero!!!

Great customer service
I have to say after posting a bad review an item not lasting very long- this company responded with sending me a brand new unit to replace the broken one. This is what I call customer service. My grandkids love this and I am very impressed that they sent me another one to replace the broken one months later.

Ride on toy
Nice ride on toy for my 3 year old grandson. Battery doesn’t last as long as advertised but he does ride it in the yard which is grassy and uneven and high mode is better for this. I’m sure on an even flat surface in low mode it would last as advertised. Overall we do like the product.
