Smells like lemon grass not patchouli. Honestly I can't smell any patchouli which is extremely odd because the label says patchouli.

Definitely does not smell like Creed. Does have a slight alcohol smell. It’s not bad, as long as you understand it’s not Creed.

I ordered this for my husband. A little goes a long way with this fragrance. It lasts all day. Apparently this is one of those "inspired by" fragrances. My experience has generally been that they smell cheap and do not last long. That is not the case with this. A little goes a long way with this. I told my husband when I started getting him fragrances where to apply them. He usually applies one spray to three places. After two sprays he came to me and said "I think that this is enough." I agreed with him but still expected him to need to reapply after a few hours. I came home from work that day and could still smell it when we hugged. I asked if he had reapplied and he had not. We both really like this and I would recommend. Also this huge bottle is going to last forever so this price is really, really good.

Smells good, however the scent only lasts about 1 hour

In my honest opinion, this can serve as a very comfortable dupe for Creed Aventus. This is so heavy with patchouli, citrus, and musk accents that it can somewhat pass for it! This doesn't have the same crisp bite as Aventus, though, and way too light with the musk. But nonetheless great and lightweight to wear for everyday, and with moderate longevity power. If you do choose to wear this for the day, be sure you have a small spritzer filled with this ready before you step out! I did have to refresh the fragrance several times throughout the day, so you may need to frequently refresh. The bottle comes in a nice and clean navy blue box, and the sprayer has great range that can cover a quite large area of skin.

I like the way this smells on my husband. Scents are a funny thing because they mix with your body's chemistry. Many smell great in the bottle, but horrible on the skin. This one actually delivered the scent I hoped it would. It goes on a bit strong, but dissipates and settles in rather quickly. It wasn't as long lasting as I'd hoped. After about 6 hours it wasn't very noticeable. Overall, it's a good knockoff and we both like it. I love that it isn't tested on animals.
