I bought this to ease shoulder aches and pains. It is good and helps. I personally use it on the lower intensity. The heat is nice - not too hot, just warm.I have bought Snailax before and am happy with their products.I would happily recommend it if you are in the market.

Even though it's bulky, it's great, as it's cordless so can be moved around more easily than those with a cord and plug attached. It seems robust & well made. It's great for massaging different areas of the body, so you can find the right spot. It has a timer & heats up too, although doesn't seem very warm. It also has two speeds which is good. The pressure can be quite hard but pulling, or releasing the sleeves can reduce or increase this, and it can be even used over a dressing gown to make it more comfortable if you want the pressure lighter. The plug to charge it up has a red & green light on so you know when it's finished charging, which doesn't take long either. I think it's also reasonably priced and comes with a warranty that can even be extended.

I wasn’t sure what to expect because I haven’t tried one of these before. I am really impressed. It feels like someone is giving you a massage, and it’s very relaxing. I overdid it a bit the first time, and moved to the gentler intensity after that. Love the warming feature too. I was able to place it around my lower back to help with my back aches. The cordless feature is really good and the battery lasts a long time before it needs charging again.Highly recommended for the price and lovely customer service too when I had issues setting up the extended warranty (now resolved).

This is very lightweight, but certainly does what it’s supposed to do. For the price it’s very good value for money. Very easy to use, and control. It can be used anywhere in the home with its suppled adapter, and also in the car with the cigarette lighter plug. I can definitely recommend this for use by anyone who needs an at home neck and shoulders massage.

I am so grateful for this item, I feel like I get a proper deep tissue massage from this machine. The strength of it is unbelievable. It can actually hurt if you are not cautious enough! Just play with the angles and you will feel so much more relaxed in just a few minutes. I'd recommend this item!

Stopped charging. Company said they'd replace the charger, but never did.

Excellent massager, relieves all those troublesome aches and pains.The only negative I have to say is when you go on the manufaturere website to claim the 3 years extended warranty, there is no response from them. This warranty is supposed to be dealt with 3 days of providing photographic proof of purchase and I still have had no response.
