Chef's Star 18 Oz Clear Glass Water Bottles, Reusable Glass Juicing Bottles with Protection Sleeve and Stainless Steel Leak Proof Lids, Set of 12

I bought these to use as my everyday water bottle. I decided to purchase because they are glass and I wanted to avoid the BPA in plastic bottles. This set comes with 6 bottles and 1 bottle cleaning brush. Each bottle comes with their own black sleeve which I thought was neat. I believe the sleeves are used for a more comfortable grip and to protect the glass as well as to retain the temperature of the liquid inside. I, however, did not utilize the black sleeves mainly because I like to see the liquid that I am drinking and the cushion on the bottom of the bottle made it a bit unstable when sitting it down on a flat surface. Also, one notable tidbit that I believe is worth mentioning is that these bottle develop a mildew smell around the spout area rather quickly even despite washing it with soap and water daily. Not sure if it has anything to do with the hot weather outside but I would wash the bottle in the morning and by the evening, I will start to smell mildew. Not really sure how one would avoid this besides wiping off the rim of the glass after every sip taken. Besides these personal issues I have with the bottle, they are nice, durable bottles. They do the job and are aesthetically pleasing and you get 6 bottles for $23 which I believe is a great deal.

These containers are great to store juice in! I purchased these specifically so I could store many juices in the fridge. They are made very well, they don't leak, and they keep my juices very fresh! You can also use them for water or other things making them super functional!

So far I’m really enjoying these bottles to put my cold tea in. It’s summer time and needed a sturdy bottle to make my own Arnold palmers. The seal is holding up really well when placed in my lunch box horizontally, so far have not had any leaks which is great.I also like that it comes with a bottle sleeve. Sleeve adds protection which is neat since this bottle does feel very lightweight.

I love these things. They are a bit tough to clean, but do come with a cleaning brush. The protection sleeves are pretty good quality. I never dropped the units on the floor with them on, but I have banged them into a counter or two and so far no problems. The caps do then to get dirty and hard to clean because they have a rubber seal for air tight freshness. Only one got really bad and that is in the dishwasher now so fingers crossed that it will turn out fine. Carrying straps have a nice material and clean very easily with dish soap and water. I have put them in the dishwasher, but they are light and flimsy so I usually just machine wash the glasses and hand wash the caps. To clean the sleeves, I put them in with a load of laundry. Not sure If I am not supposed to, but they come out clean and no fire or color bleeding (they are very flat and hard to open after a trip to the dryer though). They are very affordable and a great addition to a juicer or home-made milker. I would highly recommend these for either occasion.

These work well enough until the lids start to leak. I honestly don't understand why someone would want a string poking out of their lid, especially on a bottle whose lid isn't locked on. I purchased these because it was a good deal for a set of 6 glass bottles of this size. What I didn't expect is for the lids to start to fail so soon. The silicone seal isn't very good. It seals well enough, but definitely don't over or under-tighten. If you over-tighten the lids the silicone washer/seal will raise up and eventually it will want to fall out. Sure, you can put it back in place, which is what I do. However, when it does fall out you'll notice how thin it is and also how poorly cut it is (i.e. they aren't all real round and have a poor cut quality on the edges) which could contribute to them coming out so easily. Regardless, the bigger issue is the hole through the lid to accommodate the lanyard. There is a metal cap on the inside of the lid that covers the other side of the lanyard string. Well I recently had one of those "caps" come off and get stuck in the opening of the bottle. Once that cap comes out there will always be a possibility of the bottle leaking through the hole in the lid even with the lid tightened. That's now happening to 2 out of 6 of my bottles. Today I was afraid it was leaking all over everything in the bad that I had it stored in. Fortunately it didn't leak all over everything, but I can't just toss these bottles in a bag anymore because they WILL eventually leak. They are perfectly fine for storage in the refrigerator, but I wouldn't recommend them for use in a "to-go" application. Eventually I'll find lids from something else that fit them.
