Exactly as deceived
I brought these tablets as they looked good value for the price. They as easy to swallow but you do get a slight vinegary taste but that was fine by me. I think they did help cub my appetite. Overall a good product.

I find these capsules easy to swallow. They do smell and taste slightly of vinegar but not too bad. They do help with tummy bloating and I will continue to take them.

Easy to swallow one at a time
I’ve just started to buy these because I find when I drink it it’s just like drinking vinegar and I thought this would be a more pleasant way to take it. So far so good I’m not so convinced with the gummies.The capsules are big just take one at a time.
