Typical Shimano shifting quality
Very easy to fit, I also bought the gear cables to complete the setup to replace my old reliable derailleur.Good quality with positive shifting with the advantage of lock out clutch to stop chain bouncing off during jumps or aggressive off road, however I did find this feature wear the chain and cassette faster.

Reliable Shimano
Typically good Shimano build quality. Works well with New built bike and got it for a good price. Slightly heavier than an xt derailleur but the cost versus weight sold it for me.

Ordered this derailleur as the one on my bike broke and needed a replacement quickly, the one I received was damaged and had clearly been used a lot, covered in scratches and bent, one of the adjustment bolts was also striped. After paying £54 I was expecting a new item
