Very Good Product for the price!Battery life - Easily stays online for 1.5 days for my usage.Device is Compact & easy to setup.Very good Customer care in assisting setup and any question raised. Cons-The two way calling isn't 2 way - you can call from the phone to device but the vice versa is not possible.Although the call can be initiated from the device, the service provider has not enabled. Sometimes, I feel that the device has lag in the positioning & send data back to app.

Neat little device with a surprising load of features! I am using it for my childs safety (He jus started school!). Took me a while to figure out all the functions although most of them are pretty self explanatory. The customer support is excellent. Quick responses. Polite executives. The activation procedure was smooth. Even some issues I had were resolved quickly! 2 suggestions for the team. Please send a detailed usage manual (The current one has only info on activation) or have a FAQ section in the help section of your app. I found 1 con, that is, the battery drains in about 2-3 days. And there is no battery level indicator (in the app or device) except an alert when battery is low. As the the device is on the go with the child we have no way to know whether it will stay on till he returns or shutdown en route. Otherwise, great and useful device. Reasonably priced for the piece of mind it provides!
