Works on the table just like the original
I was worried I'd have to buy a new table just because the headrest wasn't working right (metal rods separated from body of headrest). Bought this an crossed my fingers. Six months later still working really well. And that's after maybe 100 uses.

Adjustable area snaps and doesn’t stay put
I returned within one day. As soon as client rests on it, it falls all the weigh down with the weight. The adjustable area notches do not stay put.

Don't hold up the client's head and they only give you a month to return them. Not recommended.

Don't bother
I was hoping this would be a good replacement for another headrest that a client broke. The metal insertions were the key seller of this item for me. The previous headrest that came with the table I purchased was 100% plastic and broke the first day I used it.This worked for a week and a half before it started giving me issues. The teeth that are supposed to keep it suspended in the air started to not catch. This resulted in it tilting down when a client's head was in it. With such a short life span before breaking it is not worth the buy.
