So that's one of the things I feel good about taking this product, that I've been taking it for ten days and it's more regular in my system. Before this I had to have separate bottles and take 8 magnesium pills at one time to get full spectrum of magnesium I was looking for. This product is easy to swallow, leaves no after taste, and has no laxative effect like some other brands do. I take two capsules every night about an hour before bed and it really helps with muscle relaxation, recovery, and makes me feel overall a bit more relaxed. It’s been a good alternative to prescription muscle relaxers. I’m also very pleased that it’s gluten free as I’m gluten sensitive and have had no adverse reactions whatsoever. Definitely recommend for those looking for a quality magnesium.

These don't have that. Small-ish size, very easy to take. Onset for sleeping is also pretty quick. I usually take them about an hour before bed. No nausea or headache at all (the last one I tried did that), and no grogginess or anything weird when you wake up. Just a high quality supplement. So If you're looking for magnesium pill to help you relax in the evenings, I very much recommend this one.
