This is a heavy duty premium rope, super strong, a little stiff as far as tying a knot due to strength, will use for downing trees

I AM USING IT TO STAY ALIVE
I read all the reviews and still purchaced two. I got them, they seem to be strong and yes they are very stiff. I needed a new rope to repel with, so I decided to take a chance. it appears to be a strong rope, you'll never know from me if it failed. Again, based on what I see and feel, I'm using it. it also got to me the next day as they said!

Super stiff
Was psyched on this rope but it is essentially trash, extremely stiff. Extremely hard to tie any knot like an alpine butterfly. Useless

Stiff rope holds a knot very well. It’s not everyone’s cuppa tea, but a rope like this is very useful.

Husband liked it
My husband needed a rope since he cuts down trees and limbs and he said he liked it. Exactly as described.

1/2 inch rope ?
It's more like 5/8 inch. And after milking the rope with a rescue 8 four times, once double wrapped it's still so stiff you can barely get a knot in it. I had to anchor it, then pull it with my 1/2 ton truck to get the rope through the 8. The rope is not consistent from end to end. Most of it passes through the figure 8 really hard then you'll have a section that is softer and goes through easily, then after a foot or so it's back to hard again. I was able to push the rope under the truck on a gravel surface without reaching under the truck to fish it out. I read reviews about it being stiff but obviously it was an understatement. Don't know if I can even use it for rigging rope on trees.
