This is fantastic! It fits perfectly in my Dutch oven, and solved the issue of it sticking to my parchment. My sourdough comes out perfect every time with this silicone mat!

No more burns
Well made and very useful. These bread slings make placing bread dough into Dutch ovens and removing after baking a breeze. No more burns and torn parchment paper. Ordered another set for my sister and she loves them as well.

Very pleased with this set
This is a very nice set. Came packaged well, and on time. I like the gauge, texture and color (brown). I didn’t realize I needed a larger ( 9inch), until I took notice of the round one’s size. It’s perfect for my smaller boules, but for a larger miche I needed something that would cover banneton. Went back and purchased the only 9 inch available from this company. No brown available, but that’s simply my own personal aesthetic preference. Glad it was available. Tired of sloppy dough loadings, leading to lots of distorted bread. Hope this aids in my quest for good looking bread.

Easy to use.
They were a little small,but still work well.I use them to bake bread and my loaves tend to be a little bigger than most. Bought for my daughter in. Law for Christmas.

Works great-no plastic smell.
This works great for transferring and baking my sourdough loaves into my dutch ovens. There was no smell and the finger holes maje it easy to pick the bread up when it is done baking.

Ease of use
This comes with 2 slings, oblong and circular. I think they work great. Easy way to get bread out of a pot in the oven rather than using parchment paper.

Best silicon for use with breads.
I have been using these for several weeks and they make the bread base crust so much better. Rather than the possibility of some burning, we now have a nice crust base that is easy to cut and eat. Recommend these fully.
