the supplied hose one side connector ( handle side ) is no matching and i called to customer service to replace with a suitable hose for karcher, i received another hose that is also the same one previously delivered.means that i got for nothing

They sell this as a non-refundable product, but the product is not compatible with the machine it is meant to fit. Request that Amazon ban this product on its site. My Rs. 850 has gone down the drain.
