This exercise weight lifting bench is easy to assembler, only took me approximately 12-20 minutes max by reading their clear instruction manual. This bench is very sturdy, quite sturdy in use it correctly also, I would till have a spotter on standby for most of the exercise/presses. It can be adjusted to desired tilt levels from flat to 90 degrees. The leg roll support the lower legs and to add stability which is very useful have for a more effective workout. The padding is durable and its still in its shape after couple of years of use. My house have limited space and one of the main advantage is its can be folded to add compactness. The only downside is this bench is not so suitable for heavy lifters as it is made for home use not commercial. Overall, I love this purchase, it’s good value for money and it’s a must have a piece of equipment for a home gym.

Really awful instructions it has to be said! Lucky it wasn't that complicated, I had more complicated computer chairs I've put together, even with better instructions. There are no clear stages, no clear what is what, it's really showing you a picture and you kinda can just work it out from there, it might be worth the one time being a man where you through instructions away and just go from what it looks like haha.But once it is set up, it does its job. I'm 185lbs lifting 20kg on it, it feels safe and sturdy enough, I can still wobble it and feel the lock pins could have been thicker to reduce some wobble where you fold it.The bench itself is light, and easy to store, and adjusting the seating angle is really fast and easy too!I know I've give it a bit of a neg review, but honestly it's been great once you get over the inital set-up so I give it 4 stars and taken 1 away for lack of instructions and not 100% rock hard sturdy but 90%8/10

Was a bit sceptical based on other reviews and the price compared to some on the market, but am really pleasantly surprised!!Easy to put together. Once built I gave it a go with the home gym. It’s sturdy, comfortable and wipes clean afterwards.It’s made well, yes, there’s some areas that reflect the price, but that doesn’t bother me! I’m just starting out with the home gym so don’t/can’t spend a fortune to begin with!Overall very happy with the bench, the quality and the price!

This fitness bench seems ok at first. However the first barrier you have to cross is the instruction manual. The writing is so small I had to get online instructions to put it together. Second thing is the tools. The 2 spanner’s you get are very flimsy and always slides off when you are trying to tighten them. However it gets done eventually. Third thing is it does fold down but not small enough to put under my bed or my raised settee. So I have to store it in my shed which is not ideal. The fourth point is the resistance bands that they give you. They are the worse I have ever seen. A baby could pull them. They are a waste of time as there is zero resistance in them whatsoever. The final point is the feet. They can be adjusted up and down which is good. However they are made from very hard plastic underneath which means you can’t put it on the flooring inside your house unless you put a mat or something underneath. They will rip your floors and carpets apart it’s so hard and sharp. Nice looking bench and does the trick but I was expecting better for what I paid.

The bench seems sturdy enough and didn't take long to assemble however the instructions were useless. Unfortunately the bench I received differs from the one I bought slightly. The bench I received comes with resistance ropes which have no resistance whatsoever so are totally useless. And because of this, the front foot bar has these metal hoops which just get in the way especially if you want to use the bench for sit-ups.
