Worst product and service
I had a terrible experience with this product. Within two months of purchase, the sensors were damaged. It took two weeks for a technician to visit after I registered a complaint. The first technician said the PCB was faulty and needed replacement. After waiting another week, the new PCB arrived, but it was also defective. Then, the technician claimed the motor was damaged too!To make things worse, there has been no resolution till now. Every time I follow up, I just get reassurances but no actual fix. On top of that, they don’t even have this model number in their complaint database, making the process even more frustrating. Extremely disappointed with the service and product quality!
