It's ok for the price. I like that's it's small enough to sit comfortably with it over your face instead of having to lean awkwardly over a bowl, and the added menthol salts are a bonus, however the design of the mask is poor. The holes in the side of the mask which I know are necessary for you to breath are far too big and positioned in the wrong place. They are too low down meaning the steam escapes through them first before even reaching your sinuses. I used this for the first time and the steam from the cup only lasted a few minutes.

Brilliant bit of kit. Saves messing around with bowl of hot water and towel. Clears your Airways and bunged up nose. Have only just got this and so glad I did! 👍🏼😁

Very useful steam inhaler, simple to set up
You only need 1 crystal at a time and some 10mls of hot water to steam at a time. Once done leave it in situ and reheat by popping the cup into your microwave. I did this 3-4 times a day using the same crystal in water
