Today I'm going to share with you my thoughts on the Cipriani Food Fusilli Pasta - USDA Organic Durum Wheat Fusilli Noodles, Authentic Italian Pasta, Non-GMO - 500 Grams (Pack of 2) - Made in Italy. I know, that's a mouthful! But trust me, this pasta is worth it.I love pasta. I mean, who doesn't? It's one of the most versatile and comforting foods out there. You can dress it up with a fancy sauce, or keep it simple with some butter and cheese. You can make it into a hearty casserole, or a light salad. You can even bake it into a pie! The possibilities are endless.But not all pasta is created equal. Some pasta is bland, mushy, or sticky. Some pasta falls apart when you cook it, or clumps together when you drain it. Some pasta just doesn't taste like anything.That's why I was so excited to try the Cipriani Food Fusilli Pasta. I've heard great things about this brand, and how they make their pasta with organic durum wheat and pure spring water from the Dolomites. They also use a special bronze die to cut their pasta, which gives it a rough and porous texture that holds the sauce better.I ordered a pack of two 500-gram bags from Amazon. The packaging was simple and elegant, with a clear window that showed the beautiful golden color of the noodles.The fusilli shape is one of my favorites, because it has lots of twists and turns that catch the sauce and add some fun to your plate. Fusilli is also great for salads and casseroles, because it doesn't get soggy or lose its shape.I decided to make a simple tomato sauce with some ground beef, onion, garlic, basil, oregano, salt, pepper, and a splash of red wine. I cooked the pasta according to the package directions, which said to boil it in salted water for 9 minutes.The pasta cooked perfectly, and didn't stick together at all. It had a nice al dente texture, firm but not hard. It also had a wonderful flavor, nutty and slightly sweet. It tasted like real wheat, not like cardboard.I drained the pasta and tossed it with the sauce, then sprinkled some grated Parmesan cheese on top. It looked and smelled amazing. I served it with some crusty bread and a green salad.The pasta was delicious. It had a rich and satisfying taste that complemented the sauce perfectly. It also had a nice bite and chewiness that made every forkful enjoyable. The sauce clung to the noodles well, and didn't drip or pool at the bottom of the plate.My family loved it too. They said it was one of the best pastas they ever had, and asked for seconds. They also commented on how good the pasta smelled and looked.I was very impressed with the Cipriani Food Fusilli Pasta. It was easy to cook, tasty to eat, and pleasing to look at. It made a simple meal feel special and elegant.I would definitely recommend this pasta to anyone who loves pasta and wants to try something different and authentic. It's a bit on the expensive side, but it's worth every penne (Ha Ha).

This pasta is not whole wheat as advertised, but just plain, ordinary white flour at an outrageous price.

Easy to CookThis is Cipriani Food Fusilli Pasta - USDA Organic Durum Wheat Fusilli Noodles, Authentic Italian Pasta, Non-GMO - 500 Grams (2 Pack).This pasta is amazing. After boiling, it held its shape and was tender enough to eat in a few minutes. I truly enjoyed the taste and texture of the pasta. The taste of this pasta is just like regular, which my kids love each time I make it for them. I really liked the way these fusilli noodles didn't stick to each other at all. It deserves 4.8 ⭐️Stars. Hope you find this review and video/pictures helpful. I just add a little salt during boiling, and there is no need to add oil. I made them in several different ways with our white sauce, salads, and soups, and each time they turned out perfect. It is a product of Italy and is non-GMO. Recommend!!

This is an excellent pasta. It has a good flavor and cooks perfectly holding its shape and staying firm. I do not know if it is bronze cut, but it has the feel and look of a bronze cut pasta. I like that it is made from organic wheat, and that is pretty much the only ingredient. I made fusilli with a goat cheese and onion confit sauce, with chicken and cremini mushrooms. It got rave reviews. If it was a touch lower priced I would have easily given it 5 stars. However, as it is a bit pricey even considering the quality and organic wheat, 4 stars and a recommendation.
