VERY COMFORTABLE
This chair is surprisingly very comfortable. Besides the normal up and down height of the seat, you can also lean back and relax, the arm rests can be raised and lower and they can also be adjusted to point in or out for your comfort.I personally think I like it better with the headrest off but someone taller would probably like it on.

Amazing chair
I took a gamble on this and the chaor was absolutly amazong and what I hoped for.... so far at least. This is basically a knock off version of one of those $1000 mesh seated office chairs... but it does look much nicer. Love the style.Aside from that it worjs as advertised and is comfortable. Its not like a "comfort chair" but it is great as an "ergonomic chair" that helps to keep you in a good position throughout the workday. As far as the quality goes, I fully expext this to break down much faster than the $1000 chair it tries to emulate, but if it lasts 3-4 year I will be happy. That being said I weigh about 160lbs and I also am not going to smash the levers. The chair isbmade with a lot of plastic and will wear down over the years. You have to be careful with it... that also goes with any chair you find under $400 though.Basically if you dont abuse your chair, and don't weigh too much you shpuld be happy with this chair. (chair says it supports up to 250lbs... if you are at 250, expect 2-3 years of usage, maybe try and buy a high end chair that supports more weight). Also I would not buy this for a group community setting, only personal use. People tend to abuse chairs and this probably wouldn't hold up long run if abused.... so far the quality is great and it is holding up nicely, but it's only been 2 weeks. If it breaks or has unexpected issues within the first year or so I will update this, but right now it's a 5 star purchase.

Excellent comfort and adjustability. Assembly a little frustrating.
Took off a star because the first one I tried to put together had an issue where one of the threaded inserts for attaching the armrests ended up coming loose from the plastic and turning, preventing me from tightening it and also preventing me from removing the screw without damaging it.The second one assembled a little easier, but it's still a pain to get the arms on. The tracks for the washers aren't large enough and causes them to tilt which makes inserting the screws difficult.I also had some trouble inserting the casters. Not all of them went in all the way, and still remain further out even after sitting on the chair. Even standing right above the caster on the leg wouldn't cause them to budge. After finally getting it together I was pleasantly surprised with the comfort and adjustability. The armrests can angle in and out as well as slide forward and backward. They can also be raised and lowered. They can be raised quite a bit higher than a lot of other chairs I've used which is great, because I usually find them too low.The headrest can pivot up and down as well as slide up and down. I wish I could slide it back/forward, but it doesn't have this feature. I feel it is a little further back than I'd like.I don't think the seat depth is adjustable but it's perfect for me like it is.The mesh is nice and has a lot of airflow. I have two similar chairs I bought from more expensive name brands and I like this one a little better.

Perfect for at home office
My old office chair was getting worn out so it was time to shop for a new one. I was researching ergonomic chairs and came across this one. Factors influencing my decision include lumbar support, neck support, breathability, and seat cushion. This was fairly easy to assemble, although I put the arm rests on the wrong way at first. The seat provides enough cushion, but I still put my additional seat cushion on top for added comfort. I love how the lumbar support bar is adjustable, as is the head rest. The arm rests are also adjustable for comfort. It looks very clean and is a great overall value.

Didn't Fit Me, But It Fit My (Smaller) Wife
I wanted to like this chair so, so badly. It looks terrific in purple and has wonderful lumbar support. But I don't fit in it. I'm 6'1" tall (185.4 cm) and weigh 285 pounds (129 kg). The seat isn't comfortable for me no matter how I adjust it; it's too small. The seat curves slightly upwards on both sides and I can feel that putting uncomfortable pressure on my legs. I was also somewhat surprised at how 'scratchy' the material felt compared to my previous mesh chair, although the level of scratchiness seemed to go down over time as I sat in it.The other major con for me was the lack of adjustability. I could lock the backrest at any angle on my previous chair, and this one has 3 presets at 90, 110, and 130 degrees. It can rock freely to 130 degrees as well, and I ended up using that most of the time. If I could've locked it in place at, say, 100 degrees, I would've been happier.I thought the seat would be uncomfortably firm since it doesn't have a lot of padding, but it actually had good cushioning. If it was just a bit larger in size so it could accommodate my larger-than-normal frame, it would've been very comfortable. One thing I didn't realize when I was putting it together was that the arms are labeled "L" and "R" but it's VERY difficult to see the lettering because it's raised black on a black background (see pics--I circled the 'L' one in red so you can see how hard it is to see without a flashlight). The chair didn't work for me, but my (more normal-sized) wife is now using it and is very happy! If you're not in the 'Big and Tall' category, this is a decent chair.
