Can this be used to outline on resin and then use uv resin on top

Sorry but using mine on top of an acrylic pour which I'll varnish afterwards....Best to go on YouTube & ask the pouring artists who use resin...Best of luck 👍

Can this be used on candles?

No it’s for glass and I’ve used it on stones ..put it on candles if your not going to uses the candles…

How long does this take to dry?

Not long really probably a couple of hours to be really dry.
