I take two a day and definitely feel the difference when I cycle off.

Quality varies from batch to batch. The second bottle I started I stopped after a repeat of the first. Blood pressure 183/108 and stopped taking. Blood pressure normalized after 3 days of stopping.I do not think it does what they say it does.
