Just checking these are the wax plugs as the description is for silicone?

As far as I know they are natural wax. Very comfortable if you roll them in your fingers first, to warm and shape them before putting in your ears. I am sorry I do not know you mean ‘for silicone’.

Do these Block out snoring? My partner is currently sleeping downstairs as I can’t sleep as he’s a loud snorer

Depends how loud the snoring is - push the ear plugs right in & get partner not to lie on their back. I would say 80% reduction in sound.
