This is a good small barcode printer, easy to set up & prints well. A good price & no fuss using.Just remember to download the App, turn on your Bluetooth, then the printer & pair them up (Not in the Bluetooth settings, in the App). As an older person it took a bit for me to figure that part out, but now it’s all go 😊 Recommend the printer 🖨️

Purchased this label printer after reading good reviews about the item. Next day amazon delivery. Outer box arrived damaged. Unpacked printer, seemed ok, took a while to set up, instructions not the best. Was looking forward to using this to replace my zebra printer but it would only print out about 30-40% of the label. Needed a working printer asap so contacted amazon customer service but they were unable to help me, only insisting me to start a return and purchase another. Ordered the same item giving the company the benefit of the doubt. New printer arrived the next day but upon set up, same issue occurred with the printer only printing out about a third of the label. Contacted amazon again to complain and all they advised was to start a return. They would not offer me any compensation for the inconvenience of receiving 2 faulty printers and my time to repack and send back the 2 items. Currently out of pocket for the cost of 2 printers.

This is amazing if you want quick and easy postage labels from Royal Mail etc. however I bought it thinking I could do postage labels and print my own labels for packaging and advertising etc but the print quality isn’t as good as a proper printer it’s a bit blurred so only really good for postage labels. It’s saved me so much time printing my postage labels so that is why I have scored it high based on that only. I am disappointed it’s isn’t great on quality for anything else but for postage labels it is value for money and good functionality, super quick, no paper jams and cheaper on labels with no ink needed so saves there too. Love the colour and don’t really regret purchase even though I did want it for other reason as well that it doesn’t work for.

Great service from manufacturer who took back the smaller version because it did not fit standard Royal Mail 500 roll labels in it! This one is just as simple to set up, took less than 15mins from it being delivered to printing the first label. It is neat, looks good, and most importantly has good print quality and is plenty quick enough, replacing an old Citizen label printer. Very much recommended.

Brilliant. Easy to set up and use (Just note print quality needed changing to 4 for suitable output). Once up and running this speed up my wife’s packing substantially. She loves it.

I read some mixed reviews of the use of app but I still bought it as it was good value and you can use it on computer and phone. Some people said the app was bit complicated but in my experience it was very straightforward. I downloaded the app, Bluetooth was on and click print ,it was that simple.
