This is a Heavy-duty chain and a pretty stout lock. The chain cover is robust and should not wear on the bike frame and should last.Would buy again

I had this double wrapped around a gate, and tightly locked. Premises was secure as of the late yesterday afternoon and by 10:45 last night, someone had cut through the lock (there was no way to remove except by cutting the lock or gate, and gate is not cut), opened the gate, cut through my condenser unit cage that was cemented into the ground, and hauled away the brand new unit.

I initially had an issue with the U-lock. Apparently someone had changed the default code to open the lock, causing it to be useless. However after working through the issue, the seller made it right. I’m very happy with the purchase and would gladly recommend the seller and their customer service.
