The Vision Owl 18.5" is a fantastic addition to my portable office setup.It’s lightweight, and the picture quality is excellent — perfect for everything from graphic design to spreadsheets and general multitasking. Setup is quick and easy, requiring just a single USB-C to USB-C cable for both power and display.The built-in stand is very stable, which makes it easy to use in a variety of settings without worrying about tipping or shifting. This portable monitor at this price is awesome! Super lightweight, easy to carry, and the screen quality is actually really solid—clear, bright, and vibrant. I purchased the VisionOwl Large Portable Monitor-18.5 Inch Computer Gaming Display as a Father's Day gift for my husband who travels a lot for work. At home, he has two large monitors but when he traveled, it was a challenge to do everything on the small laptop screen. So far he has used it on 2 work trips, and I am using it right now as I write this review with my own laptop while we are traveling. We both LOVE this screen! It came with a padded case and all the necessary plugs. The case has a zipper pocket for all the cords and the plug. It works with both of our laptops with no issues and was simple to plug in and start working with no software downloads, which was important especially for my husband's work-issued laptop. It's super slim so it can fit in a backpack or suitcase and not take up too much space, and it's very sturdy on the built-in stand. The display is clear and precise. We've only watched Facebook videos but the sound is clear, there's no flickering or anything like that. My husband has said several times how helpful it has been. highly recommend!

This screen works really well and, best of all, is very easy to use.One thing to look for: There's a brightness button on the bottom right, external part of the monitor. Make sure that is not toggled all the way to dim.The screen is really great quality. Even my tech-obsessed tween is excited and impressed with it. I use it with my MacBook Air so I can do work at the kitchen table, mostly reviewing documents and writing, and online research. But it would be great for watching movies or even gaming. It works great with several windows open. It is sleek, with a sensible stand that folds down. It's light and would be very easy to travel with.I had a previous issue where I complained that I couldn't get it to work. Customer service looked at my review photo, and noticed that I did not have the power cord fully plugged in to the port. Oops! They were very polite about it and were very prompt in notifying me.The company has longer power cords available in case the cord is too short. It can work off a laptop's battery power too, but then of course you'd need to refuel the laptop battery.Bottom line: Great quality monitor, especially for the price; very easy to use, no bad surprises, sensible and high quality, and excellent and trustworthy customer service.

Why did you pick this product vs others?:My review of the Vision Owl 18.5 Portable Monitor. The display capabilities of this monitor are excellent, and the colors are extremely vibrant. This monitor replaced my existing 15.6 portable monitor. The sound from the embedded speakers on the monitor is much louder than other portable monitors. A Bluetooth speaker is louder but the existing speakers on this monitor are audible, and the volume can be adjusted in the menu system.The setup was completed with only a single USB-C to USB-C cable for both power and display. All the required cables are shipped with the monitor and including a power adaptor which in my setup was not required. The built-in stand on the monitor enabled me to adjust the monitor in multiple display positions. The stand can be raised to the top of the monitor if you want to use the Vesa attachment.The monitor came with a very nice, padded travel case that has a second zip up sleeve attached to the side to store your cables, phone, power adaptor, etc. The case comes with a strap on the top of the case to allow easier carrying capabilities. The carrying case for the monitor is attractive and professional looking.The monitor is very thin, light to carry, and the perfect size for traveling with your laptop computer.Inside the box with the monitor are instructions that say that you can email them to register for a free 2-year warranty and a free accessory of your choice. It also includes a telephone number and an email address for support if you experience any problems. After I submitted the email for my free 2 year warranty, I received my choice of accessory which arrived three days later.In summary, this is a fantastic monitor with an extremely supportive customer support system that utilizes email and telephone responses.Picture quality:The picture quality is fantastic!

Not too much info on this monitor on the internet, but I took a risk and bought the 18.5" portable monitor. It's only been a week but this monitor is exactly as described and works very well.It's very light and the kick stand is sturdy. The picture looks great, and it's easy to install. It's hard to believe it's portable with this quality of picture. I use it for illustration work on the go as a second monitor with my Mac M4 and a drawing tablet.I highly recommend
