Works as it says ! Easy to use !

It works, but it's very effective compared to other brands I've tried. It is also very easy to put on and smooth out than anything else I've tried. I wish phone screen protectors were as easy as this was to install. Over all I'm happy with it. I only recommend it if you have something extremely bright you want to dim because it may darken whatever you're trying to dim way more than you'd like.

After installing outdoor non dimmable LED lights we NOT happy with the brightness and were trying to find a solution that wasn’t ripping everything out.We found this product and it 100% did the job. It stuck directly on the lens- no extra work or effort required. There is quite a bit on the roll so value for money is excellent. Would recommend!

We recently had two different heat and air systems installed. They require separate thermostats. At night my hallway was light up even when they both dimmed. I saw this tape and decided to try it out. I need to redo them since it works and square it up but these get the job done. You can still see the numbers even when it's dimmed. At night the hallway is back to being dark again. It's easy to use and honestly a good thing to keep around the house. The left is dimmed and the right is when it is turned on.

Good price, easy peel, easy stick, right amount of adhesion, tints nicely.Used this to dim numerous overly-bright LED's on various electronics - one is a 4-bay storage enclosure that blinks for each disk when there is disk activity, and it would light up the whole room blue at night in random, rapid-fire patterns... Super annoying but this helped address it

This worked well for really bright light in garage. It looks super dark on the roll but actually allows the right amount of light shine through. Easy to apply.

I had to laugh as I read another review which bought the same clock I did and also didn't realize that light-blocking tape was a thing. I love this clock, but it was like sleeping next to the sun. When I would wake and turn towards it I was blinded - despite on the lowest setting.I put one layer of this tape on and it really took the edge off. I wasn't the easiest to put on because it is thin and wants to grab and get bubbles immediately but it ultimately worked and I was able to (mostly) smooth them out. I won't be winning any tinting contests, but you can't really see it is there despite my less than perfect job.The clock came with a protective plastic film so I took that off and stuck it to the back of this tape roll then traced around it with a razor blade. That way I had the perfect size.There is enough in this roll to last me for the rest of my life, but it was one of the few which covered the clock face in height. I can probably do 40 more layers if I wanted.With the film, the clock is a lot less bright - I'm debating if I should put another layer on but if I don't like it I will have to remove both as the tape REALLY wants to stick to itself. I am also concerned that might make it too dark.Works awesome - highly recommend.

The tape works great on 2 clocks that were way to bright One was an alarm clock and the other was a clock on the stove which LITE up the whole room at night. East to cut to the size you need and adheres very well.
