Awesome!. Best garlic pickle I've ever had, absolutely loaded with small garlic cloves. Quite mild, but really tasty.

As it is shredded it is harder to separate out than the Patak’s traditional mango chutney. However, it is very tasty and much cheaper! Parts of the sugar was crystallised but didn’t spoil the taste. Very long bbe date. Shall be buying again.

Delightfully piquant but a bit too oily. Still worth it. Slightly too many large mango pieces but they very soft and pickled to perfection.

It is the nicest brinjal pickle I have had,. It is not hot so if that is what you like it would not be for you. Needs a good stir as oil rises to surface. Once done it is mild fragrant and sweet. A great alternative to mango chutney if you find that too sweet.

Was OK,had massive chunks of lime peel in it that were really bitter and quite hard. Wasn't for me.

Tastes very good authentic recipe will buy more when run out love it

I bought this instead of my usual Aubergine/Brinjal pickle by another company pataks and this is nothing like that one. I am glad I tried it because it's extremely tasty, not much heat but that doesn't matter. Lovely with cheese and much nicer I think than Mango Chutney.If you want to try something different yet for the same reasons a wonderful alternative and great in its own way.

Like so many things over the years, the quality has really dropped. Tried this after disappointment with Patak’s pickles and the same problem again of being overly salty, lacking flavour and excessively oily. The mango chunks come from poor quality mangoes and the flesh of the mangoes is almost jelly or gelatinous like when they should be firm, moist and tasting of mango when you bite into it.
