The red light helps in collagen production, blue light decreases redness and calms inflammation, green light rejuvenates the skin and reduces wrinkles. I am satisfied with overall performance of this product. Although I don't use it daily, I am sure the results are greater on a consistent use. Happy with my purchase. Cons: there is a static feeling on while using on the skin initially, may be due to fine hair on the skin surface but does not hurt my skin and gets comfortable after couple of uses.
