I’m actually impressed with this thing. Nice case, sturdy, and seems well calibrated.

This digital torque wrench is built sturdily and has a nice weighted feel to it. The digital display is bright and easy to read. It covers a width torque range of up to 250.8 feet and has 4 measuring modes, which is plenty powerful for most automotive needs short of heavy equipment. The wrench beeps when you reach the set torque value so you know when to stop. This gives me confidence I'm applying the manufacturer's torque specs correctly.For anyone working on cars in their own garage, this heavy-duty digital torque wrench is a must-have tool. The DESHIL 1/2 Inch Drive Digital Torque Wrench provides reliable and accurate high torque capability. I'm glad I chose it over cheaper wrenches that likely wouldn't last or properly calibrate.

I am very pleased to have been able to find a digital torque wrench in my price range. I know ones on the tool truck run $500 plus. I am a professional mechanic, and I wanted the digital one to reduce wear and tear on my wrists over the click type wrenches, which are set by twisting the handle. I had a little bit of difficulty figuring out how to choose the preset values after programing them, and did not find the instructions to be very clear in this case. Eventually I figured it out. Basically you select them the same way you would program them (hold U button then up down to select, then U again to select). I have owned the wrench for a couple of months now, have used it about a dozen times, have had no issues, and am happy with my purchase.

It comes set for metric and in the USA we use foot lbs. It comes calibrated and should be recalibrated once a year.

DESHIL digital torque wrench works great and the build quality is solid.This digital torque wrench can be preset torque value, which is very convenient for me. Very worth buying.

This was faulty right out of the box. It didn't turn on at all. I even changed it with good brand batteries just to see if the ones provided were faulty and it still didn't work. Very upset. Save your time and by a known brand instead. Took a chance on this and highly regretted it.
