(Really 4.5⭐️s)If you love the Roaring Twenties and the classic, Clue, then this is a great read for you. Full of suspense - everyone has secrets and the story keeps pulling you in to try to figure them all out!My only disappointments were that it took me a little longer to get into the story than I was expecting, and there were a few moments the investigation felt silly/unbelievable.🌶️ Note: Everyone is active but there are no descriptions - only discussions.

Arrivé dans les temps mais...
Le livre est arrivé légèrement abîmé. Rien de bien grave, j'ai quand même hâte de le lire !

Couldn’t put this one down, kept me guessing right to the end!!
WOW!!! I didn’t expect to love this as much as I did!! It was a tricky one to figure out, not only who the murderer was, but also other details that contributed.I love mysteries! But I always think they must be tricky to write them in a way that keeps the reader guessing. Well Muñoz did an amazing job!!I loved the 1920’s theme, week long graduation party at the house of a famous 1920’s movie on Sparrow Island, which happened to be the MC and her best friend’s favorite movie. It was a fully immersive party, everything authentic from the 1920’s…clothes, food, drinks, etc. I think that would be so fun! But a few days in, one of the seven people there was murdered.I’d love to say which characters I loved, which I suspected and so on, but I’m not ruining this mystery for anyone. But I will say that these characters were very well written! Lots of rich kids with lots of complex drama in their lives. I didn’t feel like it took away from the mystery either, it actually added to the overall plot, making me wonder about this one or that one’s anger, hurt, etc. I loved the descriptions of the house, the grounds, the sea, etc. I found I could really picture it all in my head. I’d love to see it as a movie!!If you enjoy mysteries, you must give this a read! It was hard to put down!!

Review
it was quite the thrilling and captivating read! It has a suspenseful atmosphere and intriguing premise. The author did a fantastic job of crafting well-rounded and relatable characters, each with their own unique quirks and motivations. I found myself genuinely caring about their fates and becoming emotionally invested in their journeys.I will say that the start was a little slow for me, it took me a bit to get into it as I found some parts boring, but it picked up a lot near the middle, from there it’s truly amazing. One of the things that stood out to me about this book was the clever and intricate plot. The author expertly weaved together a web of suspense, mystery, and unexpected twists that kept me guessing until the very end. It had me on the edge of my seat trying to guess who the culprit was. Plot twists I wasn’t expecting and revelations that didn’t even cross my mind!Overall, Suddenly a Murder is a gripping and well-crafted thriller that will keep you hooked and wanting to read more. I definitely recommend this book if you like suspenseful murder mysteries.

A really fun murder mystery!
As soon as I saw this book I was so excited, I mean a murder mystery with a 20s theme, teenage secrets, romance, flashbacks and plenty of twists? Of course I loved it and devoured it in about a day. Some reviews have said that it was predictable, which at times, yes, it was, but I still didn't fully guess the ending and I usually do. It was so fun and I definitely recommend it! Also, the cover?- amazing!!
