Great gluten-free pasta
Great brand for gluten-free pasta. Try short boil and covered rest until desired doneness. Does not break or fall apart like many other gf pastas.

Amazing pasta, highly recommend
My all time favorite pasta. Yes, it requires that you cook it differently (boil on high for 2 minutes, shut off heat and cover, then stir every 3 minutes for 16-17 minutes until it's the right doneness for you, then rinse quickly in ice cold water), but it really holds its consistency better and it tastes so good. My husband doesn't tolerate wheat pasta, so this has been a perfect alternative.

best GF spaghetti on the market today
I have tried every brand of GF pasta I can find -- stuff made from corn, rice, quinoa, you name it -- and it all has a funky aftertaste, cooks up poorly, and falls apart if reheated. NOT TINKYADA!! :-) This stuff ROCKS! My hubby is super picky and not GF, but HE LOVES TINKYADA. When I serve it to my gluten-eating friends and family, they take a bite and say, "oh, too bad you can't eat this..." SURPRISE! GF doesn't have to mean icky-tasting! :-) :-) :-) :-) :-) There's LOTS more great stuff from Tinkyada you can get here (and prices here beat the other online GF grocers as of 3/2008).Whenever you cook with GF pastas, YOU MUST COOL IMMEDIATELY when it's al dente to prevent it from overcooking and falling apart to mush. This is a different technique than cooking with wheat-based pastas, but pastas that are rice-based have to be managed differently, for good reason. I'd wager the reviewers who have slammed GF pastas didn't cool it immediately. It doesn't have to be cold, but you do have to drop it below the cooking temperature, so drain it and return it to the pan and fill the pan with lukewarm tap water. The heat from the pan will keep it at a good serving temperature, but the lukewarm tap water will cool the pasta below cooking temperature to keep it from breaking down. Price Increases forced me to Vitacost
I have ordered this several times in the past on Amazon. It's the best GF spaghetti I have found in my 17 years of being GF. However, the price has steadily gone up from $50 to now $59. I found it cheaper on Vitacost including free shipping.

Best tasting for wheat free
This is the only brand i buy. Son has celiac since 1yr old. Tried a lot of different foods to give him “normal” meals while growing up. Did not have to modify recipes, cooks slightly faster than a wheat version. This is the only brand of pasta the rest of the family eats now that he has moved out, it’s that good. Doesn’t feel as “heavy” after eating. Faster to digest? Makes cooking easy when he visits.

As good as it gets
The benchmark of gluten-free pasta. Canadian product, so be prepared to pay more due to the Trump Tax. Can't fix stupid... Enjoy it while it's still available.
