Amazing Omega Norwegian Cod Liver Oil 1250 mg 120 Softgels Supplement (Fresh Orange Flavor)

Although these capsules are large they go down smoothly. There is no fishy taste either. I tried the liquid cod liver oil first. Whoa was that hard to get down. These capsules help with my joint pain and are definitely worth a try.

This got reformulated!As you can see in the picture, the new bottle doesn't have the "CONTAINS NO:" section.The main difference what I can tell is the oil is only slightly fishy and the softgel is HARD. I personally don't have a problem with this as I'm still going to rate it 5 stars and have been taking these for a while. Just a heads up for those who may be allergic/dont eat those things that weren't included in the last formulation.

Value and quality is wonderful, but it is definitely too big and hard to swallow. I really wish it was a little smaller even if it meant you had to take two per day, it would be much safer. The only reason I gave it 4 stars was because of its siMG. For comparison purposes please see picture provided.To the left in blue/green is a 200 MG ibuprofen and to the right is the Norwegian cod liver oil 1250 mg.

While they are on the larger side still easy to swallow!

We live in a very dry climate and I noticed my elementary aged daughter kept getting dry lips even after drinking plenty of water and using a humidifier in our home. As people of color we naturally moisturize with the “butters” so topical application of products was not the issue. I imagined it was something internal and turned to this Norwegian cod liver oil brand for results. I gave her two capsules and the next morning her lips were soft and smooth again. We will continue ordering this brand!
