How do you started to start taking this as an additional supplement for different reasons. It’s supposed to be good for aging and metabolism and since I’m over 60 years old and have a few pounds to lose I figured this would be good to add. Not sure if it’s doing anything else it’s only been a couple of weeks but if I don’t see any change I will stop taking it as i is already in my daily vitamin in a smaller dose.
