Super simple and easy to use
After mailing back my claim, the gift card was issued within a few hours. Pretty simple and painless process. I also spoke with a customer service representative to get an understanding of how it worked and they were very knowledgeable and professional when chatting with me. Explained things simply and made sure I was clear prior to hanging up. Great protection plan!

I wouldn't recommend this insurance to Anyone! I received an unwanted refurbished phone after getting a screen repair which voided the water resistance of my phone. I received a refurbished phone and was told that I was only allowed 2 claims. I stated that the first " claim" was null/ void since my phone was actually not repaired, but actually made more compromised. I told them I was not comfortable accepting this refurbished phone but was told there is no way to help me. The product I received is a rip off which is glitchy and has had fingerprint issues from the start. If I had the necessary funds, I'd sue this company!!! I despise this company!
