DO NOT BUY FROM AMAZON- total ripoff!!!! Nearly £50?! If you want this product, buy it from gecko diet uk supplier. Half the price!!! However, it is a great product that your gecko will love, good for an adult gecko, not really for juveniles (For those I recommend the ledges sold by Simon at Phelsuma Farm, £6 and great quality) This product has a good size, textured ledge for good grip, and decent sized pots for Crested Gecko Diet. DO NOT USE BABYFOOD- IT CAN GIVE YOUR GECKO METABOLIC BONE DISEASE- USE A COMPLETE CRESTED GECKO DIET! (I recommend Pangea Watermelon and Mango Complete diet or Mango repashy) If you are using an Exo Terra terrarium, use the tall rather than wide models, ideally the 45cmx45cmx60cm tall. Also buy a thermometer and hygrometer, mist morning and evening to 70-80% humidity ad allow a drying out period betwee those time to 50-65% humidity. Give the gecko 2 weeks to settle in. Good luck!

Best purchase ever! I've had my crested gecko for over 5 years, and his name is Yoshi. In those 5 years, I've constantly struggled with his food dishes. Most commercial ones are too big or too difficult to keep clean. I mostly used medium sized plastic bottle caps from juice containers, and even then he would always knock them over and make a huge mess.But this ledge is AMAZING. Simple, but such a perfect design. The indents mean he can easily get to his food and water without knocking it over. He's happier, and I'm happier. PLUS, the magnets are very strong, much stronger than I expected. I've had it long enough now to know it will hold his wait, plus that of the food and water, even when he jumps from across the tank.Since it stays put well, it creates a new ledge for him - one that always has food and water. Yoshi basically hasn't left it since I put it up over a week ago. Every time I look, he's either on the ledge or protectively guarding it. I've never seen him go for something new like this - usually he's very hesitant and won't approach it for a long time.The cups that come with it are a good size, but the dishes also fit standard jello shot cups. They're a bit taller, and so are actually easier to get out when it's time to swap them. I bought these: Polar Ice Plastic Jello Shot Cups with Lids, 2-Ounce, Package of 375 Cups and Lids You'll have them forever and they fit well. I recycled the lids, since you don't need them (unless you want jello shots too?).I took this picture with him - not a great photo, but you get the idea. It's hard to tell how big it is from other photos - I was worried it would only fit a young/baby gecko. However, it's actually a great size for my adult male, as you can see.Yoshi and I couldn't be happier. Seriously, it's the little things sometimes. If you're a gecko owner, I highly recommend getting this ledge for your little guy.

I've used many of these over the years. This is a nice and dense material that should hold up well to being removed and cleaned regularly. It has a strong magnetic hold even thru a PVC enclosure from Dubia.

Magnets hold platform well. Perfect addition to geckos habitat.

The magnets hold it strongly I place, my Gecko loves that his food is now up high vs. on the ground as it was before. Easy to clean too as you can just dispose of the paper food trays, plastic cups can also be purchased as the paper cups are expensive.
