Best Extractor Fan on the market
This is such an amazing product highly recommend it and it’s great value

Dangerous, no earth bonding
Was bought by another party to be installed, saw chinese stickers on it and it sent alarm bells. This fan got tested before fitting and has no continuity from the ground wire to the metal chassis anywhere. What this means is if the live wire or short circuit inside comes in to contact with the fan casing, you will get shocked at mains voltage.No way is the CE sticker actually conforming to safety standards. The connections internally are wires twisted together and put in fiberglass sleeving, really poor. The ground wire was just looped back on itself and tucked in a fiberglass sleeve- there was an earth point marked inside the motor but not used. The windings are not epoxied together, the only thing preventing a short is the thin wire enamel of the windings. Honestly shocking and I feel it a duty to warn anyone about these fans.
