Great switches with major app problem
I purchased half a dozen of these, with various port capacities. They work well, are easy to set up and manage, and an overall good value.Or were. The device I'm using to run the app lost the login and there appears to be:1) No recovery method in the app2) No useful support or account reset info in the pamphlet user guide.3) App user guide is in Chinese.4) Devices cannot be added to a new account because they are already bound. There is no apparent way to un-bind them.5) No reset button on the switch6) No web presence I can find even at 'official' chinese store on Ali****ess7) etc... dead endUnfortunately, this renders all the switches unamanged and essentially bricks them all since they will have to be replaced if I cannot recover the account.

Unmanageable
The switch I received was not able to be managed by the cloud. After unsuccessful attempts to add it to the cloud management app, I started to troubleshoot the connectivity. Thankfully this is being used in conjunction with Cisco and Fortinet network. After verifying the Fortinet was not blocking anything, I tested local connectivity. I am able to see the mac address, and get the assigned IP from ARP, and DHCP logs. The switch does not respond to pings on the IP that it has. I verified that I am using the uplink for connection. I did give it 2 stars as the POE does work, and if you need a dumb switch that also seems to function.

Works good and not loud
Works great, had a cheap switch and was getting 100 mb/s and with this one I am getting 400 mb/s. It's not loud, power cord was shorter than I wanted but not s big deal. It's only a couple feet long.
